I was shocked when I attempted to get some home services done on my own property. I had made 6 requests for work to be done, and not one single person ever even showed up. No doubt you have experienced this too. Our beautiful area deserves much better service. I am your solution to professional, reliable home services.
As a homeowner since 2003, I have always enjoyed maintaining my properties, and I look forward to using my years of experience to help you beautify and maintain your home as well.
Clear & Clean is family owned. Customers know the owner as Dan, and he's the one they mention in their reviews. Beyond windows and gutters, we also take on light handyman work.

What our customers say.
Every review below is from our Google listing, word for word.
Great service. Second time he's cleaned my windows which are 20+ feet off the ground and irregular shapes, so his attention to detail is great. He washes the screens really good too. Have him wash your windows, you will be glad not to have to do it yourself
Dan did a great job cleaning gutters (safely) on a 3-story home. When he wad finished, not only were gutters clean, but all the fir needles had disappeared from patios, walkways and even an upstairs porch. The "safety" feature of Dan's work makes it especially unique and valuable!
Clear and Clean Services by Dan Baldwin is an excellent company for windows and gutters. My home has tall trapezoidal windows in front and several large windows with screens. He offers cleaning inside and outside and cleans screens. His cost is reasonable and his work is impeccable!
Our windows sparkle after another successful service by Clear and Clean Windows! They are so careful and thorough. We also had our dryer vent cleaned. We will have them back again regularly, every 6 months. Great service!
We have a 3 story house with lots of windows so it is a big job. They always do excellent work and have a great attitude. Best ever!
Clear and Clean window washers are the best! We use them for both our home and businesses. Dan and crew are timely and communicate well. There work is top notch and quick! Highly recommend!
